Our intention is always to provide an unsurpassed level of service meaning we aim to despatch your order promptly - ordinarily on the same day (when ordered on a weekday prior to 3PM) - although naturally this can be subject to stock availability.
Should there be any queries with your order or unexpected delays in despatching it, we will contact you as soon as possible using the phone number or email address you have provided or, in the absence of this information, by post.
Orders exceeding £30 in goods value will normally be despatched by a service which requires a signature upon delivery.

International deliveries will vary depending on weight and destination, either add your items to the shopping basket and enter your address information to see the available services/prices, or contact us for a quote. |
**Actual delivery times are ordinarily quoted as being from day of despatch (i.e., as opposed to the date your order was placed).
Providing you have supplied us with an email address, we will ordinarily contact you in the first instance to:
- confirm the receipt of your order
- notify you of your order number
- confirm your delivery address
- reconfirm the items you have ordered
Should any items on your order be out of stock, we will usually contact you to discuss your requirements and choose the most appropriate delivery options.
In addition, on the day of despatch, we will normally email you with a list of the items sent and tracking details for the parcel (if being sent on an applicable service). |
