| "I bought an MRA touring screen for my new Tiger 900 Rally Pro as the original is a triumph (geddit) of marketing over engineering. The new screen (hot from the factory) duly arrived and seemed shorter (which it is) but wider (which it is) than the original and being a tall (6ft 2) fella I was convinced it was not fit for purpose. Also on closer inspection of the fitting kit it looked like a b****r to install, so I decided to return the product.
You kindly acknowledged my plight and said that I could return the screen for free but suggested (ever so tactfully) that it might be worth persevering as these screens are made by German engineers (who might know their stuff), and that size isn't everything. I'm so glad I listened and moreover you gave me the time and guidance to fit it (it is a bit of a b****r to fit but once you get your head around it life is simpler and it takes 30 mins including tea break).
The MRA touring screen is a revelation for any Triumph Tiger 900 owner. I would say it's a no brainer quite frankly. There is less buffeting, less wind noise and you get a different tone from that lovely 3 pot motor. Comfort levels are up dramatically and you have a screen that does look good.

Fitted the new MRA smoked grey screen to my GT and did find it an improvement over the OE. Being wider there is less turbulence around the body and although not as tall, I found the wind just crested my helmet so was ok for my height, an X screen add on might suit if you're taller.
