Techtronics Quickshifter Spare Push & Pull Variable Load Sensor

Ref: 62240

The Techtronics VLS (Variable Load Sensor) is the latest in Quickshifter activation technology which - using load cell technology - offers the most precise and repeatable sensor performance ever provided.

Unlike strain gauge systems (that need a separate control box and processor to drive them) the VLS is unique in that all the electronics and IC (integrated circuitry) is housed within the sensor itself.

With a straightforward adjuster screw to easily alter the activation load setting and ultra-bright Blue LED (to indicate what gear lever force is required to trigger the sensor) this is the most advanced system available today to enable perfect quick shifts with the correct pressure settings for your application to prolong your bike’s gearbox life.

It also features Dual push/pull output and is compatible with all major quickshifter systems and ECU/ECM’s.

  • Lightweight Aluminium Construction
  • Compact Size
  • All circuitry internal
  • Adjustable Pressure Setting - Approximate Range 8.0KG to 18.0KG
  • Supplied With Universal Linkage Rod Fitting Kit
  • Dual (Push/Compression & Pull/Tension) Output
  • Ultra Bright Blue LED Trigger Indicator

The ultra bright LED activates when you reach the pressure point at which the sensor sends its signal, making setting the pressure to suit your riding style or gear lever ratio simple and eliminating guesswork.

Highest quality engineering and tight tolerances allow the sensor to trigger with light settings to avoid running high pressures where gearbox wear can occur and shifts become notchy.

Compatible with all types of common quickshifter systems and ECU/Ignition systems.

best quick shifter I've had
Push and pull in one unit with sensitivity control, left or right hand thread. It doesn't get much better
