Genuine official Brembo manufactured World-Championship winning disc conversion kits, for race use.
For those seeking maximum braking performance from standard brake pad track width rotors, these are designed, developed and manufactured by Brembo's High Performance division - in collaboration with their racing department - to be the ultimate solution.
HPK (High Performance Kit) brake discs are model specific and the same diameter as your bike's originals (i.e., suitable for Supersport use - and in other race series - where rules require maintaining the disc diameter and/or OE calipers) for an easy, direct fit.
Each high-quality kit is a twin disc set (2 discs) complete with comprehensive fitting and usage instructions and a set of Brembo decals.
- HPK discs are a direct replacement - i.e., have the same offset and diameter as original discs - meaning no other modifications are needed
- Round rotor, rather than wavy type, to maintain optimum performance and consistency during intense use
- 5.5mm thick (rather than the usual 4.5mm OE spec.) to increase heat absorption capacity for higher performance
- Race-ready, larger 8mm, 80 hole drill pattern, to assist with rapid on-track pad bedding-in
- Fully floating rotors - with 10 aluminium bobbins/buttons - connecting to CNC machined (not pressed/stamped) race engineered centres/carriers
- Will run with your standard calipers (or aftermarket/race calipers*)
- Fully rebuildable with spares available
*Spacer kit may be required - please ask for HPS's guidance.
Please note fully floating race discs will require more regular maintenance/replacement parts than a semi-floating disc, meaning we do not recommend these as a high mileage road item, so please consider Brembo's Serie Oro upgrade discs as an alternative.
