At HPS we not only supply high quality
ISR standard sized direct replacement front
or rear discs for your bike, but we also offer a bespoke disc manufacturing
service for one-offs (or batches of discs)
to enable you to put the finishing touches
to your bike - whether simply changing to non-standard wheels, or tackling an entire special project bike. Either way, HPS will ensure your ISR discs will simply bolt
Developed and used for many years at the
highest levels of racing, ISR discs are
produced from the highest quality high-carbon Swedish
steel bar (not inferior rolled sheet) to
ensure the greatest resistance to the thermal
loading discs experience during use which
can lead to warping.
In addition, for use on the highest performance
bikes, our top-of-the-range ISR discs are truly "fully floating"
to alleviate the disc shrinkage problems
semi-floating performance discs can experience - with the option of damping to ensure they operate just as quietly as a semi-floating or a one-piece disc.

Kawasaki Z900 Project
"The custom ISR discs have arrived and... 1. they fit perfectly - dimensions are spot on, and... 2. they are lovely. Very pleased with the service.
They look really good with the black Ohlins forks and Brembo billet calipers. FYI I used stainless steel Probolt disc bolts, which fitted perfectly. The bolts (which are stainless replicas of the genuine Kawasaki ones) have a shoulder which fitted just so inside the discs. I also like the fact that the fronts don't rattle too much. I had some full floating AP discs on a Fireblade and they were too loose for my taste.
The brakes are a key part of the looks and being able to get custom discs from HPS/ISR was a major plus. Being able to specify a custom offset made all the difference. It meant that I could choose an unrelated collection of parts and end up with a front end that looks cohesive and not a random shambles.
The front end consists of:
- Billet yokes from Japan for a Kawaskai Z900
- Ohlins RWU forks
- Kawasaki ZX9R wheels
- Brembo billet calipers
- Sculpture caliper brackets specially designed for the Ohlins forks
- Custom spindle and spacers
...and the rear was even more complicated! So, without the ISR discs I couldn't have done it. I think the price is very competitive as well. I hope you sell lots of these, it is a great concept."
