Z-Fi Traction Control Function
The Z-Fi TC brings traction control technology
from the highest levels of professional
racing down to the average racer. The Z-Fi
TC does not require any additional sensors
to be mounted to the bike, and is fully
legal in most race classes world-wide (please
check you race series rules for eligibility
before purchase).
Countless
hours of racetrack testing and tuning were
used to distill the complicated nature of
this technology into a simple and intuitive
tuning interface using the Z-Fi software.
Traction control is easily adjusted by Throttle
Position, RPM, and Gear to suit any track
or riding condition. Adjustments on the
fly can be made with an optional TC adjust
switch, making tuning even more simple.

Z-Fi Quickshifter Function
The built-in Quick Shifter employs race
proven technology for seamless clutch-less
up shifting. It has user-adjustable gear
dependent variable kill/interrupt times
allowing, for optimal shifting in all gears.
This important as changes between high gears
at high revs (e.g 5th to 6th at 10,000 RPM)
requires only a short interrupt time of
typically 40 milliseconds (ms), whereas
changes between 2nd to 3rd at 5,000 RPM,
for example, typically require 80ms - which
is twice the time; less sophisticated units
with one fixed kill-time can easily cause
frequently missed shifts with - consequential
gearbox damage - and/or very jerky shifting
at high speeds. |

Z-Fi Fuel Injection Control Mapping Function
For complete ease of installation the unit
simply piggy-backs onto your bike's standard
ECU and each unit comes with an bike specific
harness with OEM connectors for plug and
play fitting. The unit comes pre-programmed
for either the standard exhaust or a slip-on
and can be easily adjusted further by use
of the supplied Z-Fi Mapper Windows Software
- details below - or the optional add-on
Z-AFM Air Fuel Mapping Kit (below) automatically
self-calibrates injection maps on by analysing
exhaust gasses while riding - meaning there's
no need for costly dyno runs to optimise
you bike's fuelling and - don't forget -
Z-Fi maps all 8 injectors where applicable,
unlike other current systems. |

Z-Fi
Mapper Windows Software
Each Z-Fi is supplied by HPS comes complete
with a USB cable and easy to use Z-Fi Mapper
Software.
This sophisticated program is designed for
tuners, who with just a laptop, can make
tuning adjustments for any of the modules
either at the track or on the dyno.
