Well
guys what can I say? I ordered a Double
Bubble screen for a ER-6F (smoke/grey),
it arrived 24 hours later, fitted it within
minutes of opening the box, and I am just completely
satisfied with the end result, bike looks great,
and the difference is very noticeable, not only
does the wind deflect more around my helmet,
and not on my chest, but nearly all the vibration
noise I was getting with the old screen has
all but gone :-).

Delivery 10 / 10
End result priceless... will recommend and use
again with out hesitation.

praising ‘proper’ customer service.
The telephone sales member that I spoke to was
knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. He
certainly knew his products well.
The Health & Safety information was a ‘first’
for any UK company I have ever dealt with, and

to let you know I'm very impressed with your
service in your fast delivery and email confirmation
of order, as I have ordered from other overseas
sites they usually takes ages to get here but
only 6 days to get to Australia is bloody fast
unless you pay an arm and leg for courier service.
Also these earplugs are rear as rocking horse
sh** to get so I have passed on your web site
to other motorcyclists as to where to purchase
these. Before Motosafe came around we used normal
industrial earplugs which is great for hearing
protection but sh** for hearing a fast moving
vehicle coming up behind you or with use of
wired helmet CB units for long distance touring.

a note to thank your company for their polite,
efficient, informed and very helpful attitude
when dealing with my recent order.
I wanted an aftermarket screen for my first
'proper' bike (Kawasaki ZR7-S) as, being 5'
11", I found the original screen did not
provide enough protection from buffeting at
any speed, and it was spoiling my enjoyment.
The 'touring' screen that I decided on - after
some considerable help from your staff - arrived
today (much sooner than expected) and has already
shown itself to be a great improvement on the
original, and at a reasonable cost. It was a
direct replacement and took only moments to
fit - just as promised. Thank you...
...I shall use your company again as I found
them to be friendly, efficient and very helpful
to this novice (albeit 47 years old) bike enthusiast.

I
ordered an MRA
screen from www.bikehps.com recently.
They had to order [this particular type specially]
from Germany, so it took a while to get here.
When it did arrive, it was the wrong one.
I emailed them at 5pm, and at 6.30pm, I took
a call from the managing director, who came
up with a plan to solve my problems. My screen
had been sent by mistake to a guy in Herefordshire
& I had his one. Within 24 hours I had
MY screen in my hands, and am a happy bunny.
It’s the little things that make a difference,
and I have no problems recommending HPS as
a top retailer. It seems that in this "screw
you, we've got your money" world, some
companies do still care.”
